This month our Senior Specialist Adviser Nicola Hardy from Specialist 1st will be taking on an incredible personal challenge - a charity skydive in support of Let’s Talk About Loss, a charity run by young people, for young people who have experienced bereavement at a young age.
Let's Talk About Loss creates safe, supportive spaces for young people to talk openly about grief, helping them feel less alone and more understood during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
