Tonight’s the night…

We are over the moon that Specialist 1st is a finalist in the Best Second Charge Broker catagory at this years Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards 🏆

We launched the specialist lending arm of the business only two years ago, so to be recognised alongside these established and highly regarded firms is something we are very proud of.

More importantly it’s meant that we have been able to find solutions in-house for more of our customers 🏡

We’re over the moon that Specialist 1st has been named a finalist in the Best Second Charge Broker category at this year’s Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards!🏆

We launched Specialist 1st just two years ago as the dedicated specialist lending arm of the business, so to be recognised is a huge achievement.

This month our Senior Specialist Adviser Nicola Hardy from Specialist 1st will be taking on an incredible personal challenge - a charity skydive in support of Let’s Talk About Loss, a charity run by young people, for young people who have experienced bereavement at a young age.

Let's Talk About Loss creates safe, supportive spaces for young people to talk openly about grief, helping them feel less alone and more understood during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
