This week we're introducing Laura, part of our Client Services Team at Jones & Co.

With over 15 years' experience in financial services, Laura is often one of the first friendly faces our clients meet. She takes pride in delivering a great client experience and ensuring everyone feels welcomed, supported and well looked after.

Laura can assist with areas including:

• Client support and queries
• Service and review coordination
• Financial planning administration
• Ongoing client care

She is known for her calm, approachable nature and commitment to making every client journey as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their two sons. She also loves keeping active and walking their two dogs, Hobbs and Woody 🐾

With 20 years' experience in financial services, Andrew plays an important role in supporting our clients and helping ensure they receive the high level of service and care we're known for.

Andrew can assist with areas including:
