After weeks of negotiations and conversations I've finally picked up the keys for our next 2 properties!

These are 2 x 5 bed double all ensuite HMO's which once refurbished and dressed to a high standard will be the home for 10 lucky working professionals!

Its that time of year again where we conduct our end of year property inspections whilst simultaneously delivering a little thank you/Christmas gift to all 28 of our tenants!

Many landlords/agents frown upon the idea of giving their tenants gifts, however we find that little things like this go a long way!

Some of our tenants have been with us in our HMO's for nearly 3 years now and I truly believe that this is down to the service we provide and the effort that goes into making our tenants feel welcome and appreciated! 👏

Here's a little sneak peak into what we have been up to over the last couple of weeks!

There's still few bits of furniture to be installed, a few feature walls and doors to be painted and the rooms to be finished and properly dressed but thats not stopped all 12 rooms from being taken within 48 hours! 💪

A huge thank you to my better half Hanna Smith who was in charge of the interior design on this one! ✅️

Also a big thank you to Jade and her team at Liverpool Cleaning Services for getting the property sparkling again as you do with all of our properties!

This is why we go above and beyond to make our tenants stay as enjoyable as possible! We always go that extra mile when moving a new tenant in and we always maintain our rooms/properties to the highest of standards so our tenants feel at home! 💪🏠
