🌞 A little sunshine, a lot of family time… and if you look closely, you’ll spot the abandoned arm bands and swimming costumes proving that holidays with kids aren’t quite as serene as they seem! 😄

Liam Brignull and are making the most of some well-earned time in Spain with the children. 🏖️

Liam will be back to business as usual this Thursday, but as always, he’s been on the end of the phone for any urgent mortgage queries while away.

A little overdue... but we’re back 👋 If you’ve been wondering where the video updates have gone, the truth is life has been pretty full recently.

Between moving house ourselves, family and social commitments, and a very busy few months helping clients, we’ve had plenty of good things keeping us occupied - but not enough time behind the camera 🎥

That’s on us, and we’re making a commitment to be much more consistent for the second half of 2026.

From a housing market perspective, the biggest headline right now is the ceasefire agreement involving Iran. Any reduction in global uncertainty is positive news, helping to calm financial markets and support confidence across the economy. While it’s still early days, stability is generally good news for borrowers, homeowners and the wider property market.

Less than 1% of the world’s population have completed a marathon… what an honour to have a member of such an elite group in the go2 team. Congratulations Laonie.
