With the Renters’ Rights Act now in effect, there’s an important deadline shouldn’t overlook. 📅

By 31st May 2026, private landlords must provide tenants with the official government-issued Renters’ Rights Act Information Sheet, or risk civil fines of up to £7,000.

One detail catching many landlords out?

The document must be sent as the actual PDF attachment or hard copy, simply sending a GOV.UK link is not considered valid.

Yesterday, the Lansdown team swapped business wear for football shirts ⚽👕

All in support of the Bobby Moore Fund, raising awareness and vital funds for bowel cancer research through Cancer Research UK.

Named after Bobby Moore, who captained West Ham United and led the England men’s national football team to their first and only World Cup victory in 1966. The fund honours his legacy following his death from bowel cancer at just 51.
