Our standard fee for mortgages is £395 and this is paid when the mortgage is offered. We charge a fee of £295 First-Time Buyers. Other fees may apply depending on the complexity of the work involved or loan amount. The maximum fee we can charge is £795. Our standard fee for Equity Release is £895 and this is paid on completion. We also receive a commission from the lender.

🌞 The weather's getting hotter... but mortgage rates are starting to cool down.

We're seeing more and more lenders reducing their mortgage rates – which is great news if you've been thinking about buying, moving or remortgaging💥

We've been a little quiet on social media recently, but we promise we haven't been sitting in the sunshine! 😄 We've been flat out helping our clients, keeping on top of the changing market, and working away on some really exciting projects behind the scenes that we'll be sharing with you over the next few months 👀
