Shoplifting #

I am writing to formally document an incident that occurred at our premises this morning involving Mr. Simon Conway.

Mr. Conway entered the store and took a drink from the shelf, subsequently refusing to pay for it. He falsely claimed that the item had been brought from home. Additionally, there have been repeated instances of unclear payment for fuel during his visits.

In light of this behaviour and to prevent further disruption, we have made the decision to ban Mr. Conway from entering the store effective immediately. We kindly ask that any friends or family members who follow our page pass this message on to him.

📦 Important Update: Parcel Size Restrictions at Cheddar Service Station 📦

We understand that online information about parcel shop services can sometimes be broad or unclear—often showing no specific parcel size limits. However, due to limited storage space at our location, we are required to implement a maximum size limit for parcels accepted at our counter.

📦 Maximum parcel dimensions we can accept: 30cm x 24cm x 15cm

Parcels larger than this will unfortunately not be accepted in-store. This measure is in place to ensure we can continue offering an efficient and safe service for all our customers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

That said, we’re pleased to offer alternative parcel services on-site that are ideal for handling a wider range of parcel sizes. These include:

📦 Amazon Locker
📦 InPost Locker
📦 YEEP Locker

These self-service lockers are available for convenient drop-off and collection, often accommodating larger parcels beyond the size limit we can store inside the shop.
