At Woodbury Insurance Brokers Ltd, we’ve been helping clients with their insurance needs for more than 50 years. From our offices in Cheddar, Somerset, we provide independent insurance advice to clients from the local area – as well as others from all

Unlike many insurance brokers our staff do not receive any commission which means any advice they give is 100% impartial. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a family-owned Insurance Brokers, where we have been looking after our clients Insurance needs for over 50 years.

This is an important role in a small team, working in a friendly office environment.
looking for someone who already has a background in Insurance with strong customer-facing skills.
All members of the team work together and support each other to ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently to provide a high-level of customer service.

Your role will include
Preparing New Business, Mid-term Adjustments, administration.
Respond to client queries.
Dealing with customers on phone and face to face
Helping in the general running of a busy Insurance Brokers office

No sales targets!

A negotiable salary and all the normal benefits (pension, Holidays etc)
Negotiable hours.
Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.15pm

Role:
You will be expected to work independently to meet challenging goals and deadlines, while also providing outstanding customer service. We're looking for an individual who will be a key part of our team, who can handle stressful situations in a courteous and professional manner.
Preparing New Business, Mid-term Adjustments and client information presentations.
Negotiate premiums and terms with Insurers
Respond to client queries.
