Amelie and Emily completed their triathlon and collectively raised £1,600 for Seashell Trust. We couldn't be prouder.

Owning vs Renting explained.

Owning has many pros.

You get to choose how long you want to stay in the property and when you want to move house. It isn't an ongoing commitment like monthly renting.

With renting, your landlord can give you a couple months notice and you then have to find a new home.
Owning offers more stability than this.

Rent can increase each year and is dictated by the landlord/ letting agent. Mortgage payments can change too but this can be prevented by having a fixed mortgage rate.
