I am a qualified ICB bookkeeper based in South Buckinghamshire, providing virtual services to sole traders and limited companies across the UK. Having worked in the finance departments for several corporations over the decades, including The White Company and Ikea, I decided a change of pace was needed. I will ensure your accounts are up to date and provide you with real time information on how your business is performing so that you can focus your time on what you do best. Services
•Bookkeeping – Regular recording of all income and expenditure in your business so that you are up to
date and compliant. Ensuring your cash position is accurate will help identify any issues immediately
(such as overdue creditors, duplicate payments etc) giving you peace of mind.
•Monthly reporting – Profit & Loss, balance sheet, budget variance, debtors, creditors and cashflow
reporting will all give you clear visibility of how your business is performing which will enable you to
make decisions based on actuals.
•Final Year End Accounts Preparation (for Ltds) – Make sure all the relevant information that is required
for your annual account’s submission is entered and up to date.
•Payroll Management/CIS – Accurately processing your payroll on a weekly/monthly basis making sure
payroll processes and pay comply with the latest legislation. Submitting all relevant information to
HMRC and provide employees with relevant paperwork.
•VAT Returns – Completion and submission of VAT returns complaint with MTD
•Self-Assessment - Completion and filed on time so you are not fined or penalised.
