IS YOUR COMMERCIAL ROOF READY FOR WINTER? 🤔

A small roof leak today could become a big business problem tomorrow.

Rain has a way of finding the smallest weakness in an industrial or commercial roof. What seems like a manageable leak during the summer can quickly turn into damaged stock, disrupted operations, machinery downtime or an unwanted insurance claim.

At PMS Fabrications Ltd, we specialise in keeping commercial and industrial buildings watertight, protected and fit for purpose.
From composite panel roofing and felt overlays to oversheeting, gutters and flashings, we can assess the problem and recommend the right solution for your building.

WHY PMS FABRICATIONS?
✔ Industrial & commercial specialists – from factories and warehouses to schools and industrial buildings
✔ Quality materials – including Kingspan QuadCore™ composite panel systems
✔ Roof surveys & inspections – so you know exactly what condition your roof is in
✔ Repair or replacement solutions – tailored to the needs of your building
✔ Based in Cumbria, covering much of the UK

DON'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT DOWNPOUR.
If your roof is already leaking, or a roof inspection has simply been pushed further down the list of priorities, now is the time to act before winter arrives.

A professional roof survey can give you a clear picture of the condition, potential risks and options available, allowing you to make an informed decision and plan ahead — rather than reacting to an emergency.

📞 Contact PMS Fabrications Ltd today on 01228 599090 to arrange your roof survey or 📩[email protected]

Protect your building. Protect your stock. Protect your business.

🔩 From Workshop to Site…

Another project moving forward with our experienced teams

Our workshop has recently completed the fabrication of this steel frame, which is now being installed by our site teams using our own crane fleet on a local factory loading bay extension working for Story Contracting

Having our fabrication, lifting and installation teams working together allows us to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

A great example of teamwork from the workshop floor to the final lift on site. 👏

If you're looking for a reliable partner for steel fabrication, crane hire or site installation, we'd be happy to help.
