This summer, we welcomed students to Admiral HQ for a week of learning, new experiences and career inspirationšŸ’­

From interactive workshops and career talks to business challenges and presentations, the week was packed with opportunities to develop new skills and grow in confidence.

The impact was clear, with students reporting increased confidence across all 10 soft skills measured, including communication, teamwork, critical thinking, presentation skills and business knowledge.

A huge thank you to all the students who joined us and brought plenty of energy, curiosity and fresh ideas throughout the week.

Our motor repair team and partners at The Vella Group recently came together as part of Partners in Action, volunteering their time to support local communities. šŸ’š

Working side by side, the team rolled up their sleeves to clear, dig and restore an overgrown community allotment, helping transform the space and prepare it for its next chapter.

Days like these show that partnerships are about more than the work we do together. They're also about supporting the communities we're part of and creating a positive impact.

Weā€™ve announced another good set of results for the first half of 2026, with a Group profit of Ā£429m and a 5% increase in customers. We've delivered strong shareholder returns, including a Ā£45m share buyback, and looking ahead, the strong fundamentals of our business remain unchanged.

Our focus on being the insurer of choice for the greatest number of people, and our ongoing investment in our people and new technologies and AI mean that we are well-positioned to deliver on our growth ambitions.

16 teams from across the countries Admiral Group has a presence in, all coming together for two days of great sport and even greater competitive spirit.

From football and wheelchair basketball, all the way to swimming and triathlon ā€“ there was something for everyone.

Congratulations to Rob Rodger, Admiral's Chief Information Security Officer, on being recognised in the HotTopics Global CISO 100 for the third time.

This prestigious award celebrates cybersecurity leaders who are helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape through innovation, resilience and trusted leadership.

Since joining Admiral, Rob has championed an approach to cyber security that not only protects our customers and business but also enables innovation and growth across the organisation.

Here's what Rob had to say on the award:

We had a fantastic time at GradCon South Wales 2026!

Our Early Careers team loved meeting students and graduates from across the UK and chatting about life at Admiral, careers in data, and the opportunities available within our data community.

Charlotte Butler, Talent Partner, and Stephen Blakeney, Data Operations Manager, spent the day sharing insights into careers in data, answering questions about working at Admiral, and introducing our Graduate Data Analyst and Graduate Data Scientist programmes, which launch this September.

It was inspiring to meet so many talented and enthusiastic future data professionals, hear about their ambitions, and talk about how Admiral can support them.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand. We really enjoyed meeting you and hope to stay connected as you take your next career steps.
