👋 Hey Thornbury, we’ve arrived!

We’ve officially moved in, opened our doors and we’re ready to meet the neighbours. ❤️

Thornbury is our fifth location outside Wales, and we can’t wait to get to know the local community and make ourselves at home.

Pop in and meet the team. We promise we’re good neighbours. 😉

Welcome to Principality 2.0. 🚀

Last week, we brought all colleagues together across Wales to bring them our strategy roadshow... and what a week! 🤩

We captured some of these moments and reflections, hearing directly from colleagues about what the new strategy means to them, the opportunities ahead and the difference we can make together as we bring our strategy to life.

The journey starts here. ❤️

This UK Savings Week, we're shining a light on Child Trust Funds. According to the Financial Conduct Authority, around 760,000 accounts remain unclaimed, with an average value of £2,000.

Research from the Building Societies Association and the University of Bristol, sponsored by us also found that having around £2,000 in savings can make a real difference when it comes to financial resilience.

For many young people, that money could provide their first meaningful savings pot and a stronger foundation for the future.

Our Financial Crime Operations team visited our Barry and Penarth branches this week for two drop-in sessions, joined by Business Watch, VoG Community Safety, Trading Standards and Vale Domestic Abuse Services.

The sessions gave Members, colleagues, family and friends the chance to ask questions and learn more about the support available.

The biggest takeaway was the power of working together. By building these strong partnerships, we can strengthen our approach to preventing harm, whether someone is experiencing fraud or going through a difficult time. 🧠⚠️
