Before and after photos of a leaking flat roof replacement undertaken in Llandough.
Unfortunately the existing roof was over laid and we ended up having to take two roofs off to get back to the roof structure,new boards were fixed to existing roof structure and a new Classic Bond EPDM roof system was then applied.

We are certified installers of both Firestone and Classic Bond EPDM roof systems.

Before & After – Rear Extension Roof Replacement

This rear extension had been experiencing persistent leaks due to the original roof being installed with incorrect materials.

The roof has a 10° pitch, however the previous contractor installed cement fibre slates and standard Velux roof windows. Standard Velux windows are designed for roof pitches of 15° and above, while cement fibre slates typically require a minimum pitch of 20°. As a result, the roof was not suitable for the materials used and was unable to perform effectively.

Our solution:

Installation of new roofing felt and treated battens

Centurion low-pitch tiles, suitable for a 10° roof

A low-pitch roof window specifically designed for this roof angle

New lead aprons

New lead verges

Dry verge system for a durable, maintenance-free finish
