Throwback Thursday - National Customer Service Week edition ✨

National Customer Service Week is where we get to take part in shining a light on customer service and just how important it really is.

And don't get us wrong, winning awards is great. But part that we love the most? Knowing that our customers are in safe hands with our Operations team.

They're the team that speak to our customers everyday. Using their expertise and empathy mixed with common sense and understanding 💛

We wanted to hear from them on what it felt like being a part of the team, recognised as the Customer Team of the Year at the Cnect Wales Awards.

We'll let William, Bea, Sara, Ben and Gabriel do the talking. They're the experts and deserve the light shone on them this week.
