Have you got Mozart in your Business??

Running a modern business is not easy! It can be pretty much 24/7 for 365 days a year! Business creators get stuck in the ‘Owner Trap’ and feel they need to be pivotal to all that happens within their business.

In a former career we were encouraged to take ‘Mozart Time’ - step away from the coal face for a few hours each week to reflect, consider and plan what was happening or more importantly what needed to happen.

I would encourage every Busy Business Owner to set time aside in their diary to step away from their business. I personally found being up high and looking down at what was going on in the world around me worked for me. You would have to discover where best works for you. At least we have some sun this week to be out doors while we think and reflect!!
