Meet the women behind the numbers at Millbray Group ✨

Lina, Head of Finance, has been with the business for 12½ years and has built her career around finance. Responsible for all accounts across the Millbray Group, she says the company’s atmosphere and supportive colleagues are what make it such a great place to work - alongside being part of what she proudly calls “the best department.”

Working alongside her is Ayesha, Accounts Assistant, who joined the company 6½ years ago in her very first role. Having moved to the UK over 20 years ago, she describes the respect and support she has received at Millbray Group as invaluable, calling it “a blessing to work here.”

Together, they help keep the business running behind the scenes every single day 💙

40 years with EDS Couriers and nearly 23 years as part of the APC Overnight network - Mark Locke has seen the industry evolve firsthand.

Starting his career in IT, Mark worked his way up to Depot Manager and believes the key to running a successful depot is having the right team behind you.

His journey shows the opportunities logistics can offer - start in one role, work hard, and build a long-term career 📦🚚

We’re incredibly proud of our APC Network Member colleague, Jodie, who recently completed the Run to Paris challenge in support of Parkinson’s UK! 🎽👟

Alongside her team from Cheltenham Running Club, Jodie helped raise an amazing £13,660 for Parkinson's UK and Regain. The event brought together 200 runners from across the country. Competing in teams of five, they covered 255 miles - travelling from Wimbledon on Thursday evening to the Eiffel Tower by Sunday! 🤩

During the challenge, the team also heard an inspiring speech from the Mayor of Gournay-en-Bray, who described France as “wearing her bridal gown” because of the beautiful scenery at this time of year.

Huge congratulations to Jodie from everyone at The APC! 💙
