The team set off yesterday morning in preparation for the John O’Groats start on Saturday. They made great progress to just outside Edinburgh where Chris unfortunately suffered a puncture. Despite Mac providing a puncture kit a peice of granite had split the tyre with no chance of plugging it. A call to BMW where a tyre was collected but they couldn’t fit it as it was late. Mac put in a call to Edinburgh Harley-Davidson who A2B Motorcycle Movers Ltd deliver for. Kirk the boss was brilliant and sent a van to pick up the bike where Mikee & Sean fitted the tyre. What a brilliant bunch of people at Edinburgh Harley thanks to them the team are now back on track.

The Four Corners Challenge is drawing closer! Saturday 29th April Chris Tebbit along with his fellow riders will be starting the epic journey of 1,475 miles within 36hrs to visit the four corners of the UK. Starting at John O’Groats and riding in to St David’s followed by Land’s End and finally ending at Ness Point in Lowestoft. You can follow the team’s progress 🏍️

TECT is pleased to support our very own Chris Tebbit who is undertaking an epic motorcycle journey to visit all four corners of Great Britain in under 36 hours with the aid of his good pals from Reiten Motorrad and A2B Motorcycle Movers Ltd

Starting at John O'Groats and finishing in Lowestoft, via St. David's and Lands End, the most Northerly, Westery Southerly and Easterly points of Britain. Chris will cover circa 1,500 miles nonstop (apart from fuel and the odd rest breaks).

All costs of the trip will be coming from the riders own pockets, so please help make this trip worthwhile by donating as much as you can to support East Anglia's Children's Hospices - EACH and some very vulnerable little people.

To see how your money would be spent, East Anglia's Children's Hospices - EACH broke down some costs on running the hospice:

£23 could fund a Clinical Nurse Specialist for one hour
£2,000 could fund a Counsellor for 100 hours
£3,000 could fund a Music Therapist for 125 hours
£7,000 could pay for The Treehouse hospice for a day

We all have little people in our lives that may need this help and support one day.

Storm Eunice looms as Storm Dudley clear-up continues

Yellow and amber weather warnings were issued for Storm Dudley, which impacted the north of the UK and Wales from yesterday afternoon. Wind gusts reached 90 mph in some coastal areas.

Storm Eunice is set to move in on Friday, bringing further severe winds for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Possible repercussions of fallen trees, flying debris, , and are expected with the warning of severe disruption.
