It's only 4 days to go for the big run. On Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th I (Eduardo Prato Jaén ) will be running from Cambridge to Norwich in support of East Anglian Air Ambulance. Two purposes: to increase the awareness of what EAAA does fo the community, and also to raise funds for such a unique cause.

I'll be publishing shortly the details of the route. Loads of people will join for some of the segments, or simply wait for me to pass through their town / village. I'll be taking the smiles and water. But I will give any beer offers a miss!
A massive thanks to the EAAA team, headed by Georgina J B Forbes in this particular instance. Loads of staff members and volunteers have put a lot of effort to get this organised. I'll be just the runner doing the easy bit: putting one foot in front of the other!
