The partnership will see Constructaquote, part of the Moorhouse Group, working with Dragons RFC to deliver their community initiative within rugby clubs, whilst working closely with Dragon’s Board, sponsors and investors.

The passion to support local rugby clubs and communities, shared by both Dragons and Moorhouse Group, is a driving force behind their commitment to support local communities in new and innovative ways.

Linda Haggett, Managing Director for Moorhouse, said: “From the very first meeting we had with the Dragons team, it was clear how much passion they had for supporting local clubs and local communities. With our Head Office being based in Caerphilly, within this region, we quickly identified them as a perfect partner for us at the Moorhouse Group and Constructaquote, our Business Insurance Division. “One of the main driving factors for us was the opportunity to play a prominent part in supporting the Dragons community initiatives, working closely with the clubs which form part of the region, to provide an additional source of funding during these difficult economic times. Account Handler

The Role
As our Account Handler, you will be reporting into and supporting our Key Account Executive Team. Your primary function will be to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our key accounts, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting high quality work in relation to; New Business, Renewals, Mid-term adjustments, Claims, Queries and Premium Finance Arrangements
• Ensuring all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Conduct Polices and Guides to Best Practice
• Always promoting exceptional customer care standards
• Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with both insurance companies and clients, providing expert product advice and guidance
• Conducting full marketing exercises both for New & Existing Business across a wide range of commercial products
• Actively securing renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover
• Supporting our Account Executives with various duties where required

About You
• Previous experience as an Account Handler role within a commercial broker environment
• Working knowledge of most commercial insurance products
• Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
• I.T. skills including use of an insurance IT system
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to work to a high level of accuracy
• Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and insurers
• Regulatory and compliance awareness
