🔹 Full asking price offer accepted on our own house
🔹 Pressure to find the next Curtis Family Home somewhere in Castle View or Thornhill
🔹 Must be near good schools
🔹 All the good ones seem to be snapped up so quickily
🔹 All the ones that seem good on paper are s**t in real life 🤣
🔹 Found a fantastic one…has spray foam in the rafters and overpriced 😫
🔹 Need to have a break from RightMove and PropertyData for a day or two as can feel analysis paralysis creeping in and don’t want to become motivated buyer.

The search continues, we will find it soon…🙏🤞🍀
