We are looking for a motivated and organised Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. Previous experience within mortgages or financial services is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexible home working alongside occasional visits to our office based in the Cardiff/Caerphilly area.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting mortgage applications and case management
• Liaising with lenders, clients, and solicitors
• Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Providing general administrative support to advisers
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and online systems
• A positive and professional attitude
