In the current circumstances I will not be carrying out any appointments but will of course be able to process your applications or handle any questions via phone or e mail.Every mortgage valuation has been cancelled and lenders are very slow in processing cases due to staff shortages,please be patient.
If anyone is experiencing financial difficulties please contact your lender and they should agree to a three month mortgage payment holiday which will have no effect on your credit file.
For those with life and criticall illness policies the policy will not pay out if you are diagnosed with the virus but would of course pay out on death.
