🏠 Mortgage deal ending on 31st March 2027?

You don’t need to wait until your current deal ends to start looking at your next mortgage.

You can usually start arranging your new deal up to 6 months before your current rate ends — so it’s worth getting started early rather than leaving it until the last minute.

Why? Because once your new deal is arranged, your broker can keep an eye on the rates for you. If rates improve before your new mortgage starts, they may be able to update your deal and secure the lower rate.

And if rates increase, it won’t affect you as you’re protected from those rises.

My advice? Don’t wait until the last minute. Start early, give yourself options

Self-Employed? Don’t Delay Your Tax Return!

From 6th October, most lenders will require your 2025/26 Tax Return rather than your 2024/25 return.

A few lenders may still accept the older return, but your mortgage options could be more limited.
