🌪️ It’s been a whirlwind last couple of weeks ⭐️The new shop open and another review milestone hit on Google ⭐️

Being a good mortgage broker is more than just finding the best rates and never speaking to a client again. It’s counselling your clients through rollercoaster ride, keeping sales together with estate agents and solicitors, negotiating and renegotiating for clients,explaining the jargon to them, helping them understand their surveys, being that go to person they can trust when everyone else seems to be acting for the seller or doesn’t care and keeping them sane until they reach their new homes and protecting them and their properties so they can stay in them too. Making a difference to the house buying process is all part of the service that chatGPT or a rate factory style broker just can’t give. Shout out to all the local mortgage brokers out there going above and beyond for their clients (and still getting the best rates too 😉)

2 more days until Paul and Gus join the guys from Imagine to climb the 3 highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales in 24 hours to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK

Hopefully the weather will be as nice as it was on this training run

Paul and Gus are currently raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK by doing the in June.
They’re going to climb the 3 highest peaks in England, Scotland & Wales in just 24 hours.
Coming along for the ride are some equally crazy guys from Imagine

With questionable fitness levels across the board, this is going to be one hell of a challenge but for a great cause
