Choosing to withdraw your investment is an important decision and you should think carefully about how you’re going to use the money for your future.

Healthy Investment finance apprentice, Ashton Jones, scaled new heights at local landmark Peel Tower, all in aid of a good cause.

The charity 128 feet abseil saw Ashton raise much needed funds for Bury Hospice.

As a Society we matched the donations raised by Ashton as part of our commitment to supporting the community around our offices.

Since 2016, most savers have been able to grow their money without paying tax because the personal savings allowance (PSA) lets you earn interest on savings without paying tax on the interest earned.
Now, rising interest rates means that savers are at risk of interest earned exceeding the tax free allowance.

This year we’re supporting our local community grocery store, Bolton and Bury Community Grocery, a fantastic organisation that supports people in the community who are struggling to feed their families. So far we have raised over £2,000 through the Society’s charitable fund and team events.
