Being trusted to help people with the biggest transactions of their lives is something I will never take for granted.

Last week I was lucky enough to receive these beautiful flowers from the garden of my clients new home and get a tour of their new home. The views were stunning 😍

I welcome all my clients into my life like they are my family, and this visit even saw my son in their living room playing with their son.

For me it’s about so much more than a mortgage, it’s about being there with you on that journey and really making a connection with each other 🏡

Yep… that means you could buy with just a 2% deposit. HUGE for anyone who’s been stuck in the “almost there but not quite” zone.

But before you spiral thinking this is your golden ticket 🛑 — these deals are usually very specific. Not everyone will qualify (and that’s okay).

If you don’t fit the criteria, it doesn’t mean homeownership is off the table. There is always more than one way to structure a mortgage.

My take? A hold feels more likely than a drop. Inflation’s still above target and lenders are already moving cautiously

Over the past month I have been juggling work and charity work. Every year I support a local charity called Dereks Tree Burton on Trent that supports children all year around but at Christmas time they go the extra mile to ensure vulnerable children have something to open at Christmas.

To highlight the importance of the work this charity does, Whilst we were there a call came in to allocate presents to a 7yr old boy who’s single mum has walked out on him and left him with no parents 14 days before Christmas. A time that’s meant to be full of festive cheer and he’s left with so many questions a 7yr old should not have to think about. Dereks Tree immediately started putting together a present package together for him to bring some joy at a difficult time

Thank you to my colleague and friend who has gone above and beyond to support me in my quest to enjoy as many children as possible can have something to smile about this Christmas 🎄
