💙 What a day — and what an incredible challenge! 💙

The Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge 2026 Ultra Triathlon is complete, and we couldn’t be more proud of everyone involved. Absolutely INCREDIBLE effort from all four athletes, Ash Duxbury, Angelo Kornecki, Tom Berry and Pasquale Kornecki

The team took on an enormous 50km run, 100km bike ride and 5 mile swim, travelling between the local leisure centres before finishing back at Pendleside Hospice.

It was a huge physical and mental challenge, but the support the team received throughout the day made such a difference. From people cheering along the route, to messages of encouragement, donations, shares and support at the leisure centres — thank you to everyone who helped keep the team going.

A very special thank you to Pendleside Hospice for giving us the opportunity to take part in the Corporate Challenge once again and for everything you do for patients and families across our local community. It’s a privilege to be able to raise funds and awareness for such an important cause.

🔥 THE CHALLENGE IS WELL UNDERWAY! 🔥

A few hours in and the team are already putting in an incredible effort for the Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge 2026 Ultra Triathlon. 💙

With a huge 50km run, 100km bike ride and 5 mile swim to complete, there is still a long way to go — but the support so far has been amazing and it’s giving the team a massive boost.

The team are continuing on through the route, stopping at the leisure centres along the way to complete sections of the bike ride and swim before heading back out on foot.

🚨 THIS IS IT… ONLY 2 DAYS TO GO! 🚨

This Friday, our athletes will be pushing themselves to the absolute limit as they take on the Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge 2026 Ultra Triathlon — a huge 50km run, 100km bike ride and 5 mile swim in support of Pendleside Hospice. 💙

This is going to be a massive physical and mental challenge, and we’d love to see as many people as possible cheering the team on along the route.

The team will be running between each leisure centre, completing sections of the bike ride and swim along the way, before finishing back at Pendleside Hospice.
📍 Provisional route and timings:

7:30am — Leave Pendleside Hospice
8:10am — Arrive at Padiham Leisure Centre
10:20am — Arrive at Pendle Wavelengths
11:50am — Arrive at Pendle Leisure Centre, Colne
1:40pm — Arrive at Barnoldswick Sports Centre
4:40pm — Arrive at St Peter’s Centre
6:00pm — Arrive back at Pendleside Hospice and FINISH! 🎉

There’s now less than a week to go until our Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge 2026 Ultra-triathlon THIS FRIDAY, and we’d love to see as many people as possible showing their support along the route. 👏

This Friday, our athletes will be taking on an incredible Ultra Triathlon — completing a 50km run, 100km bike ride and 5 mile swim to raise vital funds for Pendleside Hospice.

⏳ Less than a week to go! ⏳

The countdown is officially on for our Pendleside Corporate Challenge 2026, and in less than a week our team will be taking on an incredible endurance challenge to raise vital funds for Pendleside Hospice. 💙

This Friday (18th September), the athletes will complete a huge 50km run, 100km bike ride and 5 mile swim, pushing themselves every step of the way for an amazing local cause.

Our provisional route will see the team begin their Ultra Triathlon at 7:30am from Pendleside Hospice, before heading on to:

📍 Pendle Wavelengths
📍 Pendle Leisure Centre
📍 Barnoldswick Sports Centre
📍 St Peter’s Centre
📍 and finally back to Pendleside Hospice
