On Sunday 10th August, we're carrying out maintenance to help improve our systems. Between the hours of 1:30pm-6:00pm, our online documents portal will be temporarily unavailable for our Home & Motor insurance customers. This includes customers trying to access documents relating to an existing claim.
If you purchase new cover, amend or renew an existing policy on this date, your policy documents won't be available until after 6:00pm. After this time, our systems will be up and running again as normal.
