Our latest testimonial;
Following the sad passing of my Uncle, we were introduced to South Eastern Homes as a potential buyer for his home in Dover.
After an initial chat and review of the property, Scott put forward a reasonable offer and , once Grant of Probate was received, we contacted him again and confirmed our acceptance of the offer. Everything went very smoothly with exchange of contracts only taking 3 weeks, with full completion a week later!
