Dance dance party party Bristol - DDPP Dance Dance Party Party's female-only freestyle dance sessions are happening all over this great Earth. The only rules – no boys, no booze, no bad attitudes.

Bristol's All FEMALE, Post Work Dance Party is unlike a typical workout or dance class, we're not instructors, there are no fitness goals, there's absolutely nothing

to prove. Quite simply an hour of booty- busting tunes, with the lights turned low and the disco lights spinning, and a room of women ready to let themselves go. Anyone can sign up to “Guest DJ” for future weeks and create an eclectic playlist of their favourite floor filling tunes ( everything from Broadway to hip-hop to 80’s hits). The Guardian wrote of DDPP London, “it may sound terrifying but a freestyle freakout with a room full of strangers is the perfect workout”
