If you are director and shareholder, you need to provide your identity separately for each role.

Are you a director and a person with significant control (PSC) of your company?

You need to verify your identity and provide your Companies House personal code for both of these roles separately – once as a director and once as a PSC.

Your identity verification requirements will not be complete until you’ve provided your code for each role you hold. ✅

Check your verification due dates on the Companies House register.

Many employers still doesn’t understand, it’s not optional it’s mandatory to have a pension scheme in place.

Your employer has to offer a workplace pension scheme by law.

A workplace pension can help you save for your retirement through contributions deducted directly from your wages before tax 💸

It might feel tempting to withdraw from the scheme especially if your budget is tight, but it's important to stay in it if you can.

- companies will no longer be able to file abridged accounts
