Stoneledge (South Bank) and Elsham Aggregates Ltd have a vacancy for a Accounts Administrator to work at our site at Elsham. Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday but could be subject to change.
Duties to include:
• Assisting in a busy office environment including answering the telephone, general admin tasks, scanning and filing
• Helping with purchase and sales ledger, account enquiries, credit control
• Logging lorry deliveries each day
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years office experience and must be able to self manage, be highly accurate and posses a high level of written and spoken English. Minimum of 2 years experience in sage50, word and Excel.
