OVO Energy has agreed to sell its UK retail energy business to E.ON, but what does that actually mean for customers?
For now, not much.
The deal is still subject to regulatory approval, and both companies have confirmed they will continue operating separately until that process is complete.

✓ Your current tariff and account remain the same for now
✓ No action is required at this stage
✓ Any future changes would be communicated directly to customers
