We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our Financial Services and Wealth Management firm on Saturdays, with the potential for additional days as the role evolves. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction and is looking to grow within a professional office environment.
💰Salary
• Negotiable dependent on experience
🌟Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times
• Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Schedule and manage meeting bookings
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and financial regulations
🌟Skills & Experience
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred, ideally within a professional services or financial environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Professional appearance and manner
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
⏰Working Hours
• Saturdays 9:00am – 5:00pm (with potential for additional weekdays in the future)
