Unless you’ve been in hiding you will have heard about the Zero Deposit Track Record Mortgage that’s come to market 🙌🏻

We have already had sooo many enquiries about this great product offering and hope to see more products like this become available in the future🤞🏻

We have also seen some negativity surrounding the criteria applicants have to meet and appreciate it must be frustrating for those who are unable to apply ☹️

However, we think it is a great step in the right direction towards helping people who are renting, and cannot afford to save a deposit, get their foot on the housing ladder 👍🏻

🏡To buy a house to live in you will usually need at least a 5% deposit, as lenders don't lend more than 95% of what the property is worth.

If you are looking at properties around the £200k mark, you will need a £10k deposit - as well as money for other costs such as solicitor fees, furnishings etc. 💵

Yes, putting down a bigger deposit can save you money overall and yes there are some scenarios where you may not need a deposit at all.... 👌
