At Mortgage required we don’t believe that submitting your mortgage application is the end of our job. If you have worked with us before you will know that you will be assigned a case handler to ensure your application goes through smoothly.
What you may not know is that every Friday we check the latest rates from every lender. If we find a better rate, we will switch you. A service that is not provided by your lender. There is no additional charge for this - it’s all part of the service!
