🏠 Here at Pathway we will always do the best for our clients no matter what! 💚

We recently identified a lender that we needed to use for a clients application who we were yet to use…meaning that we needed to apply to go on panel with them (standard with all lenders). 🏦

As this lender was a smaller Building Society their panel applications were taking over a week.....⏳a week that the clients could not afford to wait.

We therefore decided that the best course of action was to pass the application over to a colleague at a different firm who was already registered with the lender, to ensure that the purchase went quickly and smoothly. 🤝

Getting feedback like this just shows the importance of doing the right thing, and we are so happy that the clients are now almost ready to complete on the purchase of their dream home. 🏠🔑💚
