The fees may be waived subject to the terms of the waiver agreement. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage payments

Wow you lovely people kept us SO busy in March … we’ve done some maths and we submitted 98 mortgage applications last month … safe to say that’s a record I never want to beat and we are all a bit exhausted! But WOW what a March that was! 🥹

April has started very very busy again so I am asking for some patience if you can, we try to get things done and emails answered and calls back done as fast as we can, but we do this is order and have to work from the oldest thing first to keep this fair.

We are trying to secure rates as fast as we can as they are increasing rapidly, but please understand there are only 3 of us and only a certain amount of hours in the day too!

Roll on Easter weekend as we are closed Friday - Monday as we need a little break! 🐣
