The 2 weeks previous to the Bank of England review rates increased across the vast majorly of lenders.

The base rate has remained static at 3.75%

As such, yesterday 2 lenders communicated that they were lowering their rates.

With any luck the rest will follow suit.🤞🏻🤞🏻

********Why you should have life cover?******

I regularly deal with clients whose partners
have passed away with no life cover.

If the client doesn’t earn enough to afford the mortgage they may loose their family home.

If life cover had of been in place the mortgage would have been paid and the family home wouldn’t be at risk.
