We’re excited to share that we’ve fully funded three beautiful barn conversions in Carnforth, Lancashire ✨

Two five-bedroom homes and one four-bedroom home are now complete and on the market. These Grade II listed barns have been restored with real care, blending original character with modern, high-quality living.

A great week for the team last week, completing four deals totalling £1,141,500.

⭐️ Two new clients supported with the purchase and conversion of separate 6-bed HMOs in the Midlands.
⭐️ Continued backing for long-standing clients on the acquisition and refurbishment of six flats in Newark.
⭐️ A bridging facility provided for an existing client to release equity for business purposes.

Delighted to have completed on this fantastic property last week, a £579,500 first charge loan for a detached barn in Upholland, Wigan, delivered for Abbey Prestige Homes on behalf of broker Jay Roper, MPG (NW) Ltd.
