🏗️ Great progress at this PMJ-funded development in Lytham

The scheme will deliver two substantial detached family homes – one four-bedroom and one five-bedroom property

Work is progressing well, with the development currently ahead of schedule and completion expected in February 2027

Another great example of PMJ providing straightforward funding to help an experienced developer move a high-quality residential scheme forward

Another successful completion, this time following an introduction from Raphael Reith and Wesley Hodelin at Botham Capital. 👏

We have just completed a £250,000 net facility in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, to support an experienced developer with the completion of a mixed-use scheme creating four new homes and a commercial unit at the front of the property.

The developer had already funded the purchase and development to its current stage, with our facility providing the funding required to complete the remaining works.

The 12-month facility was structured at 61% LTGDV.

A big thank you to Raphael and Wesley for introducing the deal to PMJ, and to Jaclyn Tang and Amelia Wood at Fieldfisher for all their hard work in getting it completed.

A great week for the team last week, completing four deals totalling £1,141,500.

⭐️ Two new clients supported with the purchase and conversion of separate 6-bed HMOs in the Midlands.
⭐️ Continued backing for long-standing clients on the acquisition and refurbishment of six flats in Newark.
⭐️ A bridging facility provided for an existing client to release equity for business purposes.
