Homely Homes North West is a property investing company, growing a portfolio of buy to lets and Rent To Serviced Accommodation.

We are looking for landlords who would like to rent their property out to us on a long term basis where we pay you rent every month and we let your property out on a shorter term basis.

This is a deal we have done on our own with our own funds.

All in, we have invested £33,000. This includes deposit, legal fees, stamp duty, and renovation costs.

Now we can use the money from the refinance (£37,500) to purchase the next property.

We are also making £320 net profit from the rental income as we are using an estate agent to manage the house.

This is the upside to the BRR strategy.

Note. This is not the quickest method to earn money as you have to wait a certain amount of time, around 12 months before you can refinance and that can take a few months to go through.
