2024 for Easi-Pay and The Redwood Group is simply about “levelling up”.
It’s quite easy to get caught up in rapid success and business growth and forget the basics of providing a great service to your merchants.
Merchants are humans not numbers and without them we don’t exist. 🙏
Our sales targets are constantly being obliterated and numbers are at an all time high, the demand for excellent customer service agents to facilitate our new merchants continues to rise.
Alongside the customer service team we are also looking for administators for all departments to support customer service and sales.
The field sales team have hit the ground running led by Henry Hough and we have more roles available around the U.K as well as in house sales at our headquarters in FY4.
