If anyone gets a call from someone pretending to be from our organisation, please let me know as it has come to our attention that there is an overseas call centre contacting people at random using our company name. It's definately not us, we would never ask your personal details as if you are already a client of ours we already have them.

OK so this is weird. Most businesses would be worried when they lose a client. Not us, when we lose a client it makes us extremely happy. Losing a client to us means that someone has become debt free and no longer needs our help and support. We're always sad to lose our clients but when they are leaving us debt free we always do our happy dance. Today's client was offered a settlement offer of 50% of her remaining debt and her lovely family came up trumps with a cash gift so she could take advantage of the offer. Today's saving was in the region of £4700. This exactly why we love what we do, and do what we love. Have a great day everyone.
