Public announcement:
It has come to our attention that a poster created by the government of Pakistan (see below) was designed to tarnish our reputation in the community.
Let's get some facts straight:
We, Ndra Advice Bureau, have been serving the community for more than 10 years with 99% customer satisfaction.
When we initially opened, we challenged the Pakistani consulate, stating that when you treat humans like humans, we will close and leave.
If you had treated the overseas Pakistani community like humans in the first place and given them the respect and value they deserved, we wouldn't have been around for this long.
As for fraud and identity theft, we at Ndra Advice Bureau are a registered company and data protected, with all our staff DBS-checked.
This is not the law of the jungle where you, the government of Pakistan, can do whatever you please; there are actual legal grounds you must follow in the UK, and legally, we haven't done anything wrong!
We provide complete knowledge of the service fees and accept card and online payments.
We have nothing to hide or fear and challenge you to take us down the legal route.
Your empty threats mean nothing.
Stop trying to manipulate a community into believing you care about them when you never have.
Only recently did you start to value disabled customers by providing an appointment-free service, while we have been providing a free home service all along.
Fix your own house before pointing fingers.
