Hey folks, here is our latest investment, in a professional HMO in Leicester.

This is a bridge type investment . We provided the funds for the developer to carry out the refurbishment. After all the works are done, he will re finance with the primary lender and pay back our investment plus interest.

Here are the headline figures

Purchase Price £185,000
Refurbishment Costs : £75,000
Gross Development Value after works : £320,000
Rental Income : £37,260 per annum
