💼👩‍💼 HMRC RULES - BRISTOL & CARDIFF SEMINARS 👩‍💼💼

On 6 April 2026, new HMRC rules introduced joint and several liability in labour supply chains involving umbrella companies.

That means tax risk may no longer stop with the umbrella. If the umbrella company fails to account for PAYE (and associated liabilities), HMRC can seek recovery from the agency or the end client where no agency is involved.
