Selective Licencing - Nice to get this notice from BCC.

Property investing isn't all glitz and glamour. Its admin, problem solving, compliance and all things in between.

BCC came out and inspected the property. Will this help raise the standards of the PRS in Birmingham? Its safe to say the great landlords I know, are all compliant, but what about those that fly under the radar.

P.s I still feel like it's a bloody waste of money!!!
