Great Day at the Land Training Day! 🏗️🏡

I spent the day diving into land training—learning about different ways to find land, off-market opportunities, and how to assess potential sites.

With my background as a Project Manager, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how sites are built and developed, but today was all about how to actually find and secure the land in the first place.

I am looking forward to tomorrow to start the land academy training with .girardi and taking this knowledge even further!

Our rebrand is nearly finished and so is our website.

Lovely spa weekend away to finish the new year 🧖🏾‍♀️🧖🏾

This year has been great but challenging for us. From winning an award, boxing matches, completing a fitness competition to viewing and offering on over 50 properties. We have learnt to stay resilient through many rejections and properties falling through.

We are looking forward to 2025 to complete on our new project in Nottingham and then look for some more projects later on in the year 🏡

I had a great in London today at .taylo super AI summit learning about how to use AI to grow business.

I had some fantastic training from Joe, and which we will implement into the business! It was also refreshing to connect with other minded business owners!

One key takeaway for me is that AI is becoming more essential for businesses to stay competitive✅

🌟 Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2024 pre-event! I’m honored to be a finalist for the Rising Star of the Year Award. It was such a great experience meeting fellow finalists from different categories, connecting with others in the construction industry, and hearing some truly inspiring stories.🌟

I’m really looking forward to the main event in November, which will be held at the Aston Villa Football Club.

We had a productive weekend in Manchester viewing properties to buy and then we went to a wedding 🏠💒💍 This week we will be analysing the refurbishment costs of the properties, sending offers out and booking viewings in for next weekend 🛠️🏠

During June we attended lots of viewings, reconnected with some of our investors and spent a lot of time at the gym! 💪🏽

We train a lot as it helps us mentally and keeps us focussed on growing our business everyday.
