And it’s Monday again! We won’t ask who has started putting the heating on but we can sure tell Summer has definitely left the building!

The mortgage market is still very volatile but the good news is we are still seeing frequent rate reductions which is great news even for a gloomy Monday afternoon.

We have a lot of clients that don’t realise how much work goes into being a broker or how much help we can offer.

For example, did you know that once a rate has been secured, we can change this if rates decrease?! A lot of clients think once we have secured a rate that’s that and so a lot of people initially think they might hold off to see what rates do………No need!
As your broker it’s our job to review your case on a regular basis to ensure you are getting the best rate depending on your circumstances, needs and requirements. If anything better comes up we simply contact you and discuss it to ensure you are happy for us to make the changes (and 100% of the time it’s a yes for a rate decrease)

World Mental Health Day is on 10 October 2023. It's a day to raise awareness of mental health problems.

Good mental health is vital to our overall health and well-being. Yet one in eight people globally are living with mental health conditions, which can impact their physical health, their well-being, how they connect with others, and their livelihoods. Mental health conditions are also affecting an increasing number of adolescents and young people.

But more and more of us are aware of mental health. And so many of us still aren't getting the right support.

Awareness is just the start. Now it's time to act.
